Firstly, sorry if this topic is in the wrong place.

So I placed a small order with Perry minatures for a box of Desert Rats infantry and metal back packs on the 4th August, around 2 and a half months ago. Since then I've had no information or contact from them on the state of my order despite having been charged. I've even sent them multiple messages through their website and Facebook page and still had no contact.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or offer any advice on how to ether make contact or seek a refund?

It's a shame as I love the look of Perry minatures and planned on buying a lot more from different time periods, but this experience isn't leaving me with much confidence.
Thanks
AC

As to contact, they are active on facebook, and their website.

Facebook, which I would recommend.-

Hope that helps.

There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.
