1. You seem to be mixing up some terms, so my answer will be in a "if x, then y" form.
The Hunter Cadre is the core formation of a Hunter Contingent (aka the Taucurion). If you are asking about the Hunter Contingent's "Coordinated Firepower" benefit (the +1 BS when 3+ units fire at the same target, and the sharing of markerlights) when you say "benefit from the Hunter Cadre rule", then yes, ALL models taken in a Hunter Contingent get the increased BS (if it meets the criteria of 3+ units) and can have a single markerlight boost the firepower of all the units firing simultaneously.
If you're asking about the benefits of the Hunter Cadre, you'll need to clarify - none of the benefits of the Hunter Cadre formation apply in that situation.
2. Again presuming you mean Hunter Contingent and not Hunter Cadre, there are two important elements to consider:
A) Markerlights are explicitly shared by units firing at the same target through Coordinated Fire - "this includes the use of markerlight abilities."
B) The benefit is based on units shooting and resolving their shots as if they were a single unit - it doesn't matter what you shoot, so long as you shoot something.
A caveat to keep in mind is that unless you are firing a Networked Markerlight (and that is NOT the case for Pathfinders and Markerlight Drones), a unit can't benefit from markerlights within the group, and the same would apply for any other unit that fires simultaneously through the Coordinated Fire benefit.
