Wouldn't do those Nurgle raptors with plasma unless thats a personal fluff choice. Raptors dont have relentless, so you cant assault with plasma. Flamers are better special weapons with lightning claws.

I would change the Terror Pack to an Air Superiority Detachment for the bonuses to Reserve Rolls.

I would also have you consider taking a Murdersword instead of the powerfist combo on the Slaanesh Chaos Lord. You get to pick what you're assaulting, you get the positioning before they do. By having that kind of freedom, you could mince a squad or more easily, just by naming a no-name character as your Murder target instead of using the Murder ability on a nasty character. It also gives you the ability to really take advantage of the added Initiative of Slaanesh.

I thought the point of a Raptor Talon was to assault after deep strike. I would be looking to see at least one squad of Warp Talons for this purpose.

Does the Chaos Lord need to have a jump pack?

No, but it's a free upgrade.

That list is awfully light on the ground for 1500. You're starting with, what, four Obliterators and a Warpsmith on the table? You have a not insignificant chance of being tabled turn 1.

Those Raptors have way too much bling. Boys before toys.

If you're going to use a Raptor Talon, I'd look into getting an ADL with the Communication Relay to more reliably get your dudes in earlier rather than later.

I don't think your Cult of Destruction formation is legal. It requires 3-5 squads of Oblits/Mutilators and you only have 2 squads of 2. Could do a squad of 2 units and 2 squads of 1 unit though.
