New to Grey Knights and haven't bought any models yet. Is this a good set up for a NSF?

Looks good to me! Two dreadknights are going to do most of the heavy lifting.

The only thing I might suggest is splitting the interceptors down into two squads and take the locator beacons so you have more effective deepstrike.

Is the plan for this to put Draigo and Librarian with the large squad of terminators or are you going to split them down and one per squad?

I was going to split them into 2 squads, is that a better plan than 1 big blob?

Depends on the mission I guess.. play kill points keep them as one playing maelstrom separate them.. I personally prefer two squads but I am running more and more with one squad
