Missions will be three places of power, escalation, and gift from the heavens. I'm worried I don't have a camping unit for gift of the heavens. Also I wanted to get another skull cannon in lieu of he demon prince, but couldn't find the 20 points.

Basically the stoker whips one of the bloodletter bombs if I go second or the demon prince if I go first, and wrath BT uses his ability on them to add +4" to run and charge rolls as well as run and charge in same turn. I realize the prince is likely to die in short order but it should sew enough mayhem in the enemy lines and plans to give me an upper hand.

I would suggest a bloodmaster to support your bloodletters. He'll also present an additonal target for character sniping, hopefully easing some threat off the bloodsecrator. If he manages to get into combat, he provides a locus for the letters and lets them pile in right after him.
