It appears that though purchased together, the crew of the hellcannon is its own unit. If a crews cannon wanders off or gets slain can the crew attend to another cannon if that ones crew is slain or has fewer dwarves remaining?

It is a bit ambiguous though as the warscroll often refers to "its crew". and that it is attended by a crew of 3 chaos dwarves.

It would seem acceptable to me to do so, as it is a chaos dwarves crew warscroll but that "its crew" could insinuate that it has to be the specific crew...
