I'm not looking to build an extremely powerful/competitive list, just one that plays fun, while still being decent at killing stuff.
Combined Arms Detachement:

HQ:

Librarian (160)
Mastery Level 3
Nemesis Warding Stave
Domina Liber Daemonica

Troops:

Terminator Squad (203)
1 Hammer
4 Halberds
1 Psycannon

Terminator Squad (453)
1 Hammer
4 Halberds
1 Psycannon
Landraider (dedicated transport)

Elites:

Purifiers (204)
1 Hammer
2 Halberds
2 Psycannons
Rhino (dedicated transport)

Purifiers (204)
1 Hammer
2 Halberds
2 Psycannons
Rhino (dedicated transport)

Fast Attack:

Interceptor Squad (292)
2 Hammers
6 Halberds
2 Incinerators

Stormraven Gunship (200)

Heavy Support:

Nemesis Dreadknight (225)
Nemesis Greatsword
Heavy Psycannon
Heavy Incinerator
Personal Teleproter

Total: 1941 points

The Purifiers can cast Cleansing Flame out of the Rhinos, use them for mobile Bunkers for their Psycannons, and with the Hammer and Halberds are a dangerous force in melee as well. The Terminators grant the Landraider a sweet "Objective secured", and make a good counterassault unit to defend my backfield/Purifiers. The Interceptors can keep up with the Dreadknights speed, and help draw fire. The Stormraven with my Librarian and Terminators are mobile, killy, and get up close and personal with my opponents face once they arrive.
So before you all go ranting about " U NEEDZ MOAR DREADNITES !!", I only want ONE in this list. (cuz my friends don't want to play against more than one ) I know....it sucks.... So, with that out of the way... What do I get with the extra 59 points? Should I remove/ replace any units, etc...
And remember, just ONE dreadknight. Yeah, I'm sad about that too :(
Keep calm and purge on

BOW before your GOAT-OVERLORD!...Goaverlord?...Goaterlord?...eh, whatever, just bring me some sticks to chew on.

The 1 Dreadknight kind of sucks.

They are seriously the best unit the Grey Knights have and are fun to use as well.

The biggest weakness in your list is the Rhinos. They just don't hold up long enough in 7th ed to get your really expensive unit accross the board.

I would suggest using the Purfiers as strikes if you really love the models and want to field them.

Another suggestion would be to run the Nemesis Strike Force Detachment in the back of the book. You could potentially get your Strikes in turn 1 for some Aplha Stikes.

As for Troops Terminators point for point work out better than strikes in every way except for 2.
1) Shooting Infantry (due to more shots)
2) Adding to your body count.

I don't personally use Land Raiders but I can see the value of taking 1 as a dedicated transport for your Terminators (In a CAD). An Objective Secured AV14 beast can be a pain to move.

Interceptors are great especially in Malstrom Missions. The GK's are a very slow army with the only speedy units being the NDK and the Interceptors. The shunt move can be used to Alpha Strike or make a shunt move to grab an objective at the last second.

A second Libby is worth it. You can roll them to try and get Invisibility. I also find the Warding Stave to be pretty worthless. I take a hammer on mine as it's 5 points cheeper than any other moeldels get them for and he is WS5 so will hit most things on 3's as opposed to 4's wiith your regular guys.

Hope that helps.
