If you missed out on the generic country-specific dice (British, Soviet, German, US) from old FoW, you may be in luck.
The dice are being sold as part of TANKS dice. Miniature Market is selling sets of 6 dice for a little under $4/set.
It doesn't get you the country specific tokens but if you were after the dice, it's another way to get them without having to scour ebay.
Here's an example: http://www.miniaturemarket.com/gf9tanks17.html

I bought two sets of the Soviet set for use with my Bolt Action (Me and my kids play TANKS as well) and they're fantastic and dirt cheap too!
I was lucky as my local centre sells them and when I saw them I simply had to have them

Alright, we'll call it a draw |

They made for some nice Xmas presents to friends. Really want FoW tokens though, I'm tired of using paper...

There is also a company in Australia called Dice of War that sells a wide variety of dice with national and unit markings for WWII and Cold War. They also sell tins to carry them in. I think they are also considering doing tokens I they have posted photos of some on their Facebook page, although the do not appear on the website yet.

Thanks for that mdauben, just impulse bought four dice sets... Hopefully he does tokens as well, but didn't another Facebook based custom seller get a cease and desist order from Battlefront a while back? Dvalin I think his name was...
After some digging, I think the tokens on the Dice of War Facebook page are these:

They would if I wasn't so particular. I did manage to find a set of Desert Rats tokens in stock at Noble Knight (xmas miracle?), and just snagged two sets of Jap tokens on Ebay. Trick is finding application specific German, Russian, and American markers for the rest of my gaming group...

I'm not trying to do a shameless plug here but here are the dice from Dice of War and the tokens from warstuft that I recently got if you want a closer look.

Do they have generic British tokens? I didn't see any on their site but may have overlooked.
