Just got my email saying my pre-order of Red Tithe is on the way. Anyone else as excited for this as I am?

Perhaps not technically a Marine Chapter anymore, but the Flame Falcons would be pretty creepy to fight.

"Boss, we waz out lookin' for grub when some of them Spice Marines showed up and shot all the lads."

"Right. Well, did you at least use the burnas?"

"We tried, but the gits was already on fire."

Picked it up in-store yesterday after pre-ordering on the GW website last week. Somewhere in the middle of chapter 3 right now. Some interesting insights to the Carcharodons. There was one really jarring point so far that made me think I skipped a page. Turned out to be a bad transition.

Haven't read anything from Macniven so I can't really compare it to any of his other works. After a quick look on BL seems Red Tithe is related to The Reaping TIme e-book. Might have to pick that up.

I only heard good things about it on BaC, so I plan to pick it up at some point.
