I was thinking about cheap and working kill team with lots of bodies to spare. What do you think?

+++ SW KT (Warhammer 40,000 7th Edition v2019) (200pts) +++

++ Kill Team Detachment (Space Wolves: Codex (2014) v2021) (200pts) ++

+ No Force Org Slot +

Kill Team Specialists
Combat Specialist [Furious Charge]
Indomitable Specialist [Feel No Pain]
Weapon Specialist [Master-Craftsman]

+ Elites (50pts) +

Lone Wolf (50pts)
Power Armour [Power Sword, Storm Shield]

+ Troops (110pts) +

Grey Hunters (110pts) [Rhino]
5x Grey Hunter [5x Bolt Pistol, 4x Boltgun, Flamer]

+ Fast Attack (40pts) +

Fenrisian Wolves (40pts) [5x Fenrisian Wolf]

Lone wolf gets the feel no pain for extra survivability, flamer guy gets master crafted and one of hunters grabs furious charge.

Master crafted is literally useless on a flamer.

For the Grey Hunter with the flamer, I'd take Preferred Enemy or Hit and Run. I like close combat weapons for my Space Wolf Kill Team, so I suggest something like this:

+++ SW KT (Warhammer 40,000 7th Edition v2019) (200pts) +++

++ Kill Team Detachment (Space Wolves: Codex (2014) v2024) (200pts) ++

+ No Force Org Slot +

Kill Team Specialists
Combat Specialist [Killer Instinct]
Dirty Fighter Specialist [Exploit Weakness]
Guerilla Specialist [Preferred Enemy] - Plasma Gun

+ Troops (160pts) +

Grey Hunters (160pts) [6x Close Combat Weapon, Rhino]
7x Grey Hunter [7x Bolt Pistol, 7x Boltgun, Plasma Gun]

+ Fast Attack (40pts) +

Fenrisian Wolves (40pts) [5x Fenrisian Wolf]

No close combat weapon for the plasma gunner, keep him in the Rhino and use it as mobile fire base for increased survivability.

This space is intentionally left blank.

doesn´t the plasma gun replace the boltgun. so he would still get a pistol and ccw

There is only points to buy CCW (@2 points each) for 6 out of 7 Grey Hunters. So one Grey Hunter is left with just BP for melee for 1 attack in melee, while the rest get BP and CCW for 2 attacks. It makes sense to not give a CCW to the plasma GH since he'd be shooting stuff while the rest want to get stuck in.

Why, mastercrafted flamers let you re-roll to wound instead right?

You're thinking of twin-linked.
