So I heard from miniwargaming something about the end of 40k, or at least the end of the current segment or something along those lines. Apparently Fall of Cadia is the last book in the story. What exactly does this mean for 40k? I also heard they might release an 8th edition rules book. When is that supposed to be released and how much different will that be? The cover system could use work, I actually have an idea for that I will post soon. But I'm new to a lot of this stuff, so I am not sure what exactly is going on. Would someone be willing to briefly explain this to me? Thank you.

It's the end of the 7th edition. Around June the 8th edtion will start. They will make a new game with lesser rules more like Age of Sigmar.
