Woa man! Your post is kind of...like loud. It's all good though. Maybe, you could go into a little more detail about your proposed scheme. Like, do you want green to be the primary color of the models with just shades of green as the contrasting colors? Do you want green undertones with different colors for armor, weapons, and other things that stand out? Are you looking for ideas on other colors that could be used along with your green to achieve a specific look?

There are a lot of people here that can help you with themes, and there are even a few that can help you with hues of color and what colors and contrasting colors can create the most visually interesting minis. But, we might need to know more about what you're going for first.

One of my favorite studio color schemes whic just happens to be green, is for the T'olku sept as seen here:

Page 59 of Tau Empire has a nice pale green scheme (Rotting Flesh/Catachan Green) for the Vior'la sept.

My tau are based off of The Green Lantern Corps color scheme. Black bodysuits, with green armor, and white accents.

Mixing gaming and comics, damn I'm such a nerd.

I've seen the Reaper Exarch with both weapon options and both look like things you can buy in sex shops. A weapon should not look like this, not even a Emperor's Children weapon. -Symbio Joe

No, it's not. It may have been featured in White Dwarf recently although I don't have them in front of me to check.

Anyway, the pic is from the GWUS website:
