Am I correct that only the Space Wolves and Black Templars have chapter-specific plastic bits?

Ultras as well, in the commander/command squad boxes.
I guess you could make the argument that Deathwatch also gets pads from the same boxes, but that'd be stretching, I think.

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.
I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil |

The only "ultramarine" stuff are a flag and banner top bit. I was more referring to the Marines themselves, such as shoulderpads, chest iconogrophy, etc.

I'm looking through my bits box, but I don't remember any such shoulder pad. Got the eagle (designates the Commander's rank), the wreath (signifies a Veteran), and an unadorned circle with banner underneath, but no horseshoe. I've got more to go though. Also, does anyone know which sprue has the plastic bionic arm with chainsword? I got the bit, want more, but don't remember where it came from.

Well, having opened at least two dozen Commander boxes over the last year, I can guarantee you that there is one on the sprue Also, does anyone know which sprue has the plastic bionic arm with chainsword?
That's also from the Commander sprue.

Because they only come with one...? That, or the magic chainsword pixies did it.

I've gotten at least three of the Commander kits, so it must be the pixies.
