I'm just getting round to cityfight-ing up my guard, and I've decided that I dont like the lack of roll-cages on my Sentinels.

I was wondering whether this piece http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefront/store.uk?do=Individual&code=9947010516801&orignav=9 would fit onto a sentinel without the other support frames and stuff?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Chris

I would like to apoligise before hand for the misspellings this post will contain, if any:

Depending on your definition of the word fit, the answer varies. Will it fit by the dictionary definition of fit; no, but it will fit by the definition GW seems to use. To define, it fits but it is out of proportion, and the lines in the model generally do not match up. If I get a chance I will post a picture of mine, but as of now my camera is not working.

It would look a bit wonky.

It dont fit. You have to cut off the front rollcage deally. You could always pick up some thicker guage wire and make a new rollcage.

Oh, well, the rollcage is already cut off, that was the way I had them, sorry if that wasn't very clear.

Would that make any difference?

I added mesh to the rollcage, similar to sdkfz 221/222

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leichter_Panzerspahwagen

the purpose of the wire mesh frame is to stop grenades from being thrown into the vehicle.

(the reason for me to have them is that i dont have to paint an interior)
