Airsoft for me. My M14 rains death upon my enemies!

I play xbox 360 , I have live .Play different games rpg fps ect.I dont play COD i loathe that game .
I also well I dont collect comics ,I like grafic novels better .But I do read comics abit ,there just harder to keep track of than grafic novels.

DnD 3.5/PFRPG, Various FPSes, Historical Reenactments, ah....I feel that I have to credit my father with introducing me to all three.

Aside from wargaming, I've dabbled in RPGs and often play the vidya. Also, paintball, parkour, and music.

LARP would be cool to do, but nothing like that exists around here.

What's LARP and AFV? And what do role playing games entail? Because after seeing video games listed as another category, I wasn't sure as to what it could be, is it like D&D?

And after finding this poll, and after reading through all 4 pages of comments, I think it's safe to say that many nerds have come out to strut their stuff. It may just be the personal topics that have the greatest turnouts of people. Maybe people just want to be known, or maybe some are trolls... i'unno, i'ma troll...

For me, its:
MtG ( i have one green deck, and i excel in multiplayer matches, because people forget about me...)
and video games (TF2, Mass effect 2, sad to say CoD, and others, I like any game, even if it sucks)
I've been meaning to get into anime, I did watch about 75% of FMA, and FLCL (it was awesome!!!) but I'm staying away from it, because i don't need another distraction from university.

I have an obsession with zombies..rabidly collecting zombie toys/action figures,games,books and comics,films...basically anything concerning the walking dead .

I'm trying to downsize. I'm not big into computer gaming although I like to muck about with a mate from home on Counter Strike.

Magic I enjoy casually but want to sell most of my cards and just keep a few fun decks.

I would like to do more wargaming but lack of opponents and opportunities has me at a disadvantage.

DnD generally 1/week

I do loads on that list, I have some CCGs, I was big on the decipher Star Wars one back in the day, I have a few roleplaying games and D&D books which I hope to get involved with when we find a group, I collect model railways, I build regular plastic kits of all sorts, I have a lot of action figures and I buy some comics (mainly Daredevil).

Came to the poll a bit late, I would have ticked six things.

Video games - have lots of classic consoles and games for them - NES, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, all PS's. And have some classic PC games. Also the newer stuff. And about 40 Nintendo DS games (F the R4)

Comics - I have probably 2,000-3,000 in storage (probably need to store them somewhere else) and have been reading them on and off the past few years, but just this past couple months or so have got back in to them pretty dedicately. Mostly Marvel for contemporary comics, lots of old Image stuff in collection along w/ pretty much 90% X-Men titles.

Action Figures - I'm not really a "collector" i suppose. I have lots from my childhood, but as for collecting, I have a few on display and a few valuable ones in their boxes somewhere.

Since people are saying their non-geek hobbies, mine include playing w/ my limited guitar skills, crying over how bad the 49ers are, and following/watching the NBA, NCAA football, and European soccer. As well as playing sports on a rare occasion (definitely not as much as i used to). ...And eating. I love eating.

These days I've had to scale back to just 40k and the Xbox (final year at University..) so that means that Airsoft has to go on hold for a year or two.

If I had the time I'd do D&D and maybe LARP, but I don't spend enough time painting as it is!

Magic The Gathering....since 5th grade! About the time unlimited was released. I love the game...until Hasbro got their hands on it. After 8th edition I stopped collecting...couldnt handle the change in the format of the card appearance

plus larp - costumes. referred to as battling. all the wailing on eachother with foam swords and none of the shame inducing costumes or "acting"
I remember magic, but nobody plays it anymore. now every nerd i know plays that god awful world of warcraft. I see them a lot less coincidentally. probably due to them being strapped to that lifewaste of a game (that i am ashamed to have tried!)

Computer gaming, wargaming and sport. MINECRAFT AND SOCCER FOREVER!!!!!

I play videogamses, mostly real time strategy games, and some FPSs. Most FPSs I use as more 'social' games though, things to play with a bunch of people around.

I want to get into RPGs, and next year I'm meant to join in a Dark Heresy game one of my game club's members is running so that should be fun.

To be honest, the thing I do that I consider the geekiest is cosplay.
So far, I've done Russia from Hetalia, the Nostalgia Critic, and Hair Guy from Yu-Gi-Oh abridged. Planned cosplays include a Commissar, and maybe Bandit Keith.

Cards - Magic

Video games - BF BC2, DoW (1 & 2), others I don't want to list (too long).

MMO's - did play WoW but now i play EVE with all the pew pew in space.

That's about it.

I have a hobby MORE EXPENSIVE than 40k.

Restoring a first generation Mustang.
So far I have spent $800 in the first month just buying small parts for routine maintenance and repairs. I haven't even touched the major components such as the transmission. That alone will be around $2500.

Airsoft, bass guitar, working on cars, and playing PS3 when I have time

~I host Airsoft practice on the weekends. Full auto, high FPS guns with tactical skirmishes and scenarios. Guns I have : M60, Famas, L96, Shotgun, STAR Dragon (google it), 2 AK47, MP7A1
~I have over 35,000 Magic cards... not exaggerating.
~XBOX 360 - lots o games...
~Computer games - Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Armaggedons Blade, RED ALERT 3!!!
~Hunting - Foul, mostly pheasant and chuckar.
~Lego - about 5,000$ worth with sets dating over 20 years old.
~Smoking Hookah, very relaxing while painting
~School- Mechanical Engineering (1.5 years left!!!!... 4.0 btw!)
~Writing a book (PM if youre that curious.. long explaination)
~Watching all 15 seasons of Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis on repeat. (4th time through)
~I play Lacrosse (midfield)
~DND (Bard Gnome)
~I play acoustic guitar, bass and banjo ( yes seriously, I have a banjo)

Q: Why would anyone not into wargaming or the minitures at least be on this web site, let alone vote? Or am i missing something?
