We’ve just reached 19k stretch goal! Thanks to all of you who contributed to this – we really appreciate your efforts to help us expand The Edge to further edges. Now every unit in every starter set will have different positions as well as optional parts for Chapter pilgrims and Demon cultists!
For 20k stretch goals we’ve prepared something special – an exclusive Kickstarter miniature – a Rha’zack mercenary! After breaking the 20k limit he’ll be added to both starter sets.
Be sure to get him now – he’ll be available only in this Kickstarter campaign! Be sure to pledge to obtain him!
Take a look at the art:
Stay tuned, something big will be coming soon.
What are the Rha’zack mercenaries? From where they came from and for what purpose? Why are they gathering the precious crystals? Why are they willing to offer their services for both sides?
It’s up for you to decide! Tell us your suggestions!

When we’ve first showed the content of the Demon starter set on out Kickstarter the community suggested us to diversificate the poses of the Terror Cultists. Today, we are ready to show you four different poses of them and four different head options to strengthen their terrifying or creepy aura in order to spread fear and disarray further in the enemy ranks! Notice the both designs of lanterns we’ve shared before as well!
Soon the Chapter’s Pilgrims will take the same treatment and we’ll show you their new poses!
For now, we’d like to hear from you, which one of their head options is your favorite one?
Just had a look at this and it looks rather good. What is a bit disappointing though is what you have said in regards to shipping where you are charging a low rate currently but then depending on what happens later holding models to ransom until more shipping is paid. What you really should do is fix a set price now as its a bit wrong to do what you will be doing

It may feel like a ransom but it isn't. Usually a company can make a fairly accurate estimate based on current package sizes and weights. However if someone added another 20-40 individual miniatures then those estimates are no longer accurate. Or in the case of other existing KS usually unlocking a lot of things through Stretch Goals. Quite a few KS are moving to a "Estimate Shipping Cost" but then charging the actual shipping price when they are ready for shipping. This is because traditionally shipping ends up way more than the estimates, then the company ends up eating the costs. CMoN tends to charge a flat rate of shipping for the KS, but then issue that back as a credit and charge the actual shipping rate. Some KS have adopted this and others simply do a recalculation. It all sums up the same thing, if shipping costs more than what you actually pledged those totals will need to be collected before shipping. It may feel like a ransom but it isn't.
They crossbow itself looks fine - but I bet the sculptor haven't used neither crossbow nor rifle in his/her life.
This as the shooter is obviously supporting the buttstock on his right bicep, not the shoulder - which, even in ze future and with multiple bionics, would be a really bad idea...
Also, shooting to the side will be very unstable - but this could probably be explained as the shooter turning to track a prey. The enormous trigger guard is also strange.
Suggestion:
Twist the upper body so that the right shoulder is behind the centerline of the crossbow (and perhaps drop the left elbow under the gun so the left arm supports its weight) - and it will look as if the shooter actually knows how to handle the weapon

I like the bird one.
What troubles me is that you have a lot of details on the CAD renders that cannot possibly be realised on a real miniature.
The extremely fine sack cloth texture, the tiny nails/claws, fragile chains, etc. - down to needles and pins on the lanterns.
More realistic renders - or actual 3D prints - would be appreciated.

These days, I seldom buy any minis unless I have a clear idea of what they will ultimately represent in an army, but despite being well catered for for Heralds already, I'll find a home for those in my Daemons somehow!

As the Kickstarter's 22k stretch goal was hit, the Chapter's Golem was unlocked! There are many things we may tell about this model, but one in particular - it's big! Standing 9,5 cm high on four, massive, mechanical limbs, it's a walking pulpit for the Priest of The One, ready to walk into the battlefield, to smite the enemies of The One with the mighty hammer.
The Golem is the in-game way to balance the Demon's Ish model.
It's worthy of mentioning that the limbs will have ball-joints and the legs will have poseable joints as well, so the model will be fully poseable!
Some time ago we were sharing with you the new poses of the Terror Cultists and promised the same treatment for the Pilgrims. Today, we may finally show them to you – look at four different poses of those penitents, both static and dynamic ones!
The models will be available with not only four, various poses, but with four different head options to further differentiate the models!
Hello there, today we have a small question for you.
We have prepared two artworks for the upcoming Holy Knight cavalry model and we’d like to ask you which version of it’s rider do you like more – the classic approach of the Holy Knights amour or less technological, more medieval suit?
Today we’d like to share with you two first pages of the upcoming comic book. When our Kickstarter will hit 30k stretch goal, the comic will be available for free to all the pledges (except the 1 GBP one). If you pledged 1 GBP, you may consider rising your pledge level to 3 GBP, so you’ll get access to it!
What do you think about it? Do you like the direction it’s going?
Love your company's style, and having the "driver" of that walker be a separate piece is really smart - makes it much more useable for various things. I'd love to see more casts, though, or get more info on who will be doing the casting (or if it's being done in-house). Apologies if that info was already posted!

Hello there,
Today we’d like to share with you another model form The Edge - Chapter's Purge Doctor. This one is based on the concept of Plague Doctor - by bringing this kind of imagery to The Edge universe we wanted to make him a little bit more post-apocalyptic and add steam-punk technology feel to him.
There are only six days before the end of our Kickstarter! Plague Doctor will be released when it’ll hit the 36k stretch goal! Help us bring this miniature out!
Let us know what do you think about this one - as always feedback is highly appreciated! ; )

As for now we have several options of model casters, but we have a goal as well to cast the models by ourselves in Poland - one way or another, you may expect the best quality of casting.

I'm really tempted by that Faceless Shatterer model, the art is awesome! Can we up our pledges later, and is there a way to pledge for (or later add on) just that model?

Yes, you can now pledge just 1GBP and later take the model(s) you are interested for
After all of the formal activities, we can now focus fully on what’s most important – miniatures and delivering them to you! Soon the website with pledge manager will be set up – it’s only a matter of days before we’ll be sending all of you that participated the necessary information.
Right now we are focusing on printing and casting miniatures. We are doing small fixes (this includes re-designing some parts, and doing special print preparation) in order to make them as good as possible. Let me show you a redesigned slightly Rha’zack miniature in order to make him more casting-friendly and to adjust several visual accents – please take a look at his face and feet!
Stay tuned, soon we’ll be revealing more information!
It’s time for an update of The Edge! Do you remember the artwork for Master of Elements from Demons faction? It’s time to present the miniature of him not only ready, but painted as well! You may click on each photo to see the better resolution images.
The model is also the first model from The Edge that you may order from our website! You may find him in our Shop!
How do you like him? More models will soon follow!
We're casting the models in our studio (so in-house everything)
Automatically Appended Next Post: Hello,
Time to share with you one of the biggest models from The Edge! Take a look at the Chapter’s Golem!
We’re making the final preparations for this beastie to put it in our Shop! Take a look here in several days, and you’ll be able to find it (and perhaps some other models as well?) We’ll keep you informed for sure as well.
And if you’re wondering about the size of it, take a look at this little comparison shot:
Also, we’ll be present in Essen (Spiel, 8-11 October)! If you’re going there as well, come and play The Edge with us at Hall 7, K112!
