The bore looks closer to the 37mm of the Heavy Bolter,,,,SM bolters are .75cal

The actual bore is most likely much smaller. The huge dish at the front is probably just something to capture the bolt shell's rocket exhaust until it is far enough away to not harm the firer.

I was looking at the hollow part, not the end part
