We'll do our best . Let us know when you have a launch date as that will certainly be something folks will want to circulate!
Copying over the KS preview link to the new page:

Today we’re presenting you the Project page of our 3D Bases Kickstarter!
Everything you will read in this page is not a final: the Kickstarter isn’t launched yet!
You can enter the page, read and comment on it, ask us questions and we encourage you to do so, so that we can refine our page for the final launch.
So check our page, comment on it, help us improve it and spread the word, so as to make this fantastic project even better!
We await your comments on the page preview.
Regards. Lorenzo
I think that would give you €12 in add-ons. (€96 pledged, €4 extra in addons, €88 subtracted, makes €12. Unless you pledge €100 rather than €96 on the early bird, then have at it)

Ernster wrote: so if I want the "Abbey" for 88 Euro I go for the "Captains Early bird pledge" with 16 Euro for add ons?
Hi Ernster. The base of 3D Bases pledges is to give MAXIMUM freedom to the backers as what base / pack-add-ons to choose to reach the pledge level to unlock the freebies bonuses.
Some will reach 101€, some 117€, etc. but a minimum of 100€ have to be reached to get the freebies.
So if you reach 95€, you didn't reach the threshold of 100€ to get the freebies, but if you just add some cash (buying another base), you'll pass it, and can select the Captain pledge, and get ALL the freebies for free that the KS will unlock.
In short, we wanted the maximum freedom for backers, to build their pledges as they wish, and still get the freebies, without putting 10-20 different fixed pledges that wouldn't be perfect for all backers and would make the KS page quite heavy to read.
Will you have urban bases or wreaked city bases?
Yes.
and other bases will come.
Lorenzo

It is a Google drive sheet, so just open the link, create a copy, and you will be able to use it.
Of course, the pledge manager will be updated every day of the KS to reflect the changes, and you can find it also under the "Pledges" section.
We still have a convalescent partner, has just been released from the hospital ... so at the moment we can not say exactly when we'll launch the Kicksytarter.
we are back with the preparation of the molds.
Hi everyone!
This short youtube video will show you how to cut the 3D Bases’ material.
But why would you cut such beautiful bases ?
Well, you could if you’d want to obtain more unique results for your gaming terrain board.
Cutting this material is easy, you can use even scissors (usually for irregular cuts) or a craft knife for more precise and straight cuts.
Here is the video::
Sweet, thanks.
I love the idea and material, I was just a little worried about bowing. Thanks Lorenzo.
I know where my extra money is going to go now.. : P

Do you have plans to add new abbey tiles with stretch goals? I'd love to be able to do a full 3x3 table with them. I know i can buy extra tiles to add to the original 6, but it would be more fun if all 9 were unique

the abbey add-on package consists of six bases.
but, for example the 3D bases broken column is arranged to be put behind the apse of Abbey. you can add 2 rough terrain bases and can do a little graveyard...
the possibilities are many and we will create many more add-ons packages with other combinations. soon as we begin to present 3D Bases that remain to be discovered.

These look very interesting. Do you know if the material is safe to use in a laser cutter? That would be an easy way to make a huge number of individual miniature bases from one of the base sheets.

It would be a great idea.
pity though that the laser cutting, by cutting the material may generate toxic fumes due to the high temperature at which the material is subjected.
Therefore, we recommend not make this proof.
as the video recommend the classic cut with cutter or scissors.

Automatically Appended Next Post: Update #24 – How to create a new 3D Base. Hi everyone,
Today we want to show you how easy it is to create a new 3D Base using as a starting point another 3D Base.
The “Cobblestone” base is in our opinion the best and more versatile one to create unique and interesting bases for your gaming terrain.
You could use as a support a wooden board, or better yet, a high density polystyrene plate of 30×30 cm, which is way easier to find/purchase around and to work on.
The thickness of the plate is yours to decide, depending on what you’re aiming for. Keep in mind however that you will need to bring to the same height (thickness) all remaining bases you want to connect to your new base.
We will explain you, in our next video, how to do this without too much hassle.
That’s all for now.
This tutorial video has some captions to explain better our steps.
i everyone.
Here is another video that you have been waiting for, considering some of you were wondering if our 3D bases could resist the weight of some of your heavy miniatures.
We took the Base of our Broken Column which is perfect for this test, and will show how the different heights and places of the Base resist to different weights.
In the youtube video you can see 2 metal weights. One weights 2 kg, the other 1 kg, for an overall total of 3 kg on the base.
In the end, we turn upside down the base without cutting the video : you can see the base as it is, nothing has been added under it to make it stronger. The 3D Bases can hold easily 3 kg or more, without flinching or breaking.
The 3D Bases are not only super resistant to damage and flexible, they can also hold quite some weight!
Hi everyone!
Today is a great day for us! We have into our hands the first copies of the Ruined Abbey created with our new material!
To say it’s gorgeous is to say the least. It’s like a dream coming true. We managed to obtain a product with the details of the resin kits and the weight of the plastic kits.
But we can add to that that contrary to the plastic and resin pieces, our 3D Bases are nearly INDESTRUCTIBLE !!!!
But let’s give room to the long awaited pictures:
Joyboozer wrote: Looks great!
By INDESTRUCTIBLE! I'm assuming you mean as in born from an egg on a mountaintop, and not just hard wearing?
Thanks Joyboozer.
our "3D Bases" are in really "virtually" indestructible.
the only damage that can receive a "3D Bases" is from a blade or of scissors.
but this makes it even more valuable our product that can be modified to obtain a new basis of terrain.
as you can see from our video:
