Spoiler from battle college:
http://battlecollege.wikispaces.com/Skorne+Despoiler
Statistics
Decent SPD for a Heavy, low STR, medium MAT, irrelevant (and very low) RAT, low DEF, and medium ARM.
Weapons and Attacks
Claw- Pillowfisted POW for a Skorne heavy.
Open Fist
Tail- One POW higher than the Claws, his front arc is 360 degrees when attacking with this.
Critical: Brutal Damage
Reach
Special Abilities
Eyeless Sight
Affinity [Mordikaar] - This beast gains Dark Shroud while in Mordikaar's control area.
Black Arts - If he's in an FF Warlock's control area, they can upkeep one spell for free.
Death Gate - One per round if an enemy living warrior dies near him, he can remove it from play and make a Void Spirit for free.
Inscrutable - Opponents can't take control of him.
Special Issue [Mordikaar] - As if you didn't want to take him alongside Mordikaar enough, he can even be included in his tier lists and can be bonded with Mordikaar should the opportunity arise.
Animus - Arcane Suppression
RNG Self, medium cost, doubles the cost to cast/upkeep spells within a large radius of the caster. Horrifyingly enough, it has been ruled that this does stack with Lamentation here. Doubling the doubled cost of an enemy spell means that if you run him with Naaresh and keep them both near the front line, enemy warlocks and warcasters will not be able to cast much of anything.

I am not sure how I feel about that sculpt, but I am pretty sure it is negative. I think it is a combination of the pose and not understanding what is going on with his head relative to other rhinodons. Might just be me though.

I'm glad to see them actually moving forward and making something for hordes (they still haven't finished Gargantuans model release yet!?!). I feel like PP gets so caught up in the IK RPG, and these other little games (which, (no disrespect to anyone who likes them) I have never actually seen anyone playing in real life) like High command, level 7, they drag out finishing the products they still need to make, for their bigger games. I realize that most of their Tabletop stuff was dominated last year with the PP necrons, (which are cool for sure), but I'm glad to see they hadn't given up on finishing gargantuans. I'll probably pick this guy up, since I enjoy most of the skorne beasties, but Modikar is one of the few warlocks I don't play in Skorne.

I'm not violently opposed to the sculpt, but at the same time, it doesn't do much for me. The concept art, idea, background all seemed a lot cooler than the actual execution.

I think it's a miserable excuse of a sculpt. I really don't see myself making the purchase.
Edit: Yes, I do have a Skorne army.

I like the sculpt. It's a beast that is dealing with mortithurgy, it ain't going to be pretty. It looks like a desiccated dino which is par for course with Skorne. The pose may be a little odd, but with some greenstuff or conversion getting souls or spirit stuff going on, it would work very well.

I actually really like the sculpt. Reminds me of Mordikaar (as in should). Hands could maybe use some work.

The despoiler is ugly as sin. It's a horrible sculpt. One of the worst I've ever seen. I can't believe that got by pp's quality control. It's just that bad. I'm a big fan of their beasts and this one is a major turn off.

I mostly like PP's sculpts. Usually my worst reaction to one of their sculpts is "no reaction at all."
However the despoiler is ugly as a newly opened can of smashed donkey-caves.
