Remember though, with only one unit of skeletons you have a great target for augment spells which are what the Lore of Nehekara is based around. Also you only need one tomb prince to have My Will Be Done affect all of the Skeleton Warriors. The dispel scroll will help a bit with the unit-buster spells.

Two other things
1. I strongly dislike entombing as it means you might not get them when you need them and they might just die.
2. You have no form of protection on your Hierophant

with 6 dice it's 29.5%ish chances for Irrisitable force. Pretty risky. My 2k high elf list has 2 unit smaking spells, dwellers and flames of the phoenix.

Entombing the Necropolis Knights allows them to appear behind or beside an enemy unit which is sure to cause some hell (or at least some disruption)
It seems to me when the Hierophant dies its due to spells they cause him to be slain outright. I don't know how much a 4+ ward save will help.
I don't really have much of an answer against unit-busting magic though accepting the chance of them having a spell like that and casting it successfully will come with a huge bonus to those skeleton warriors and with them the hierophant.

What if you just didn't take any Rare or Special (aside from the Casket, of course) and spent all the points on, say, another block or two of Skellies? Maybe add in a BSB Herald, too. You'd be able to get, what, another 100 basic HW/Shield Skellies with those points?

I have to agree with the above sentiment - I can see your point of view that there would be less units to augment but seeing as how most augments have an AOE option - and if your meta is anything like mine your opponents will be trying to dispel the protection incantation and movement - then you will be throwing enough dice at those spells to get the enhanced aoe augment anyway.
I also agree with Entombed. It REALLY does suck that bad. I mean there's a chance the unit won't even show up at all! I've run scarab swarms entombed with the idea to march block/go after artllery crews/ be annoying and it really doesn't work. They never arrive when you want them do and when they do they usually just die.
I see you've gotten away from running the Grand Heiro - is this because after fielding him you've seen how he's just not worth the points?
