That is the FAQ question and answer. But! does this only mean terrain or other things such as KFF and conceal etc.

I and my group cant decide. i`m the nid player in our group and i dont think it means anything other than terrain with this question.

Do you feel that it is in regard to terrain only and not for other means. Or do you feel/think that it includes these things as well.

I think its pretty cut and dried, it asks for any source other than the terrain they are in or touching, and the answer is just a straight No. There is pretty much no middle ground there, its just simply the terrain you are in or touching.

I would like to hope that is correct but i hate having auto include units in any of my armies and that is what i feel the hiveguard will become more than they already are.

But saying that i do believe you are right. Even if it doesnt sit right with me.
