Do it. I haven't opened my GW metalics since I discovered Vallejo Air (so smoooooth) and Liquid Metal (now this series is a primadonna, so pretty but so demanding).

A tip when using the Liquid metals (Alcohol Metallics) DO not rinse you brush with water, use alcohol, you do this because the water will cause the metal in the paint to start rusting.

And I agree Pierzak, I used to have trouble with metallic paint going on to thick till I found these.

Really nice job, the helmets on the bolts are brilliant.

I started Infinity last year with Haqqislam and just had to get a Maghariba Guard...

N3 profile sounds neat - giving it a 360 visor will make it more interesting.

Personally I can't wait for the new model. The old one is okay but the concept for the new one looks amazing.

edit - also, nice Maghariba. I hope mine comes out as good.

I primed my two fast panders yesterday so thinkinh this will be fun.

Not that anyone is talking about my work lol, but I consider myself average to below average when it comes to painting. Don't be disheartened, the models do half the work for you And if you mess up, they are metal, just strip and start over.

Damned commissions getting in the way of me painting my stuff lol. I finished the basic grunts from Ice storm (both nomads and PanO) and a Teutonic knight.. I want to paint MY stuff!!!

Next on the block will be my ORC and mobile brigada

Yep it's from a moderator, i'm not a fan at all of the religious aspect of Infinity, so I've removed it. I prefer a more "scy phy" urban look

I'm really happy to see this comment Infinity conversions are really hard (metal + lot of details) so ... this mean a lot for me thx :p

I felt exactly the same way, I knew they were moderator pants so it should be a conversion but it was so smooth I figured it had to be some kind of LE fig, later on I decided it must just be a really really solid conversion as the parts just didn't make sense otherwise.

I mean they make sense, just not in terms of all coming from the same faction.

Is there any green stuff at all? It looks like it's just very carefully matched up which is amazing.
