Have you checked on Sverok? You'll have a higher concentration of Swedes there, for starters.

Otherwise you could ask the guys at Unispel. Game store owners and employees usually have a pretty good grasp of the local scene.

I get all my stuff from Playoteket in Malmö (Djäknegatan.. Or something like that) but I haven't played any games there yet.

The staff in there are really awesome though and patient too if, like me, your Swedish sucks.

Go in and ask them!
