I don't know if its every one or just me but I have to refresh the page to see new posts this is kind of annoying. Just my fethy internet or another problem don't know.

It's not a problem at all. This is a forum, not an IM board.

It's not designed to work in that way. There are forums that do so, but it's quite heavy on the bandwith and frequently causes problems. Not a feature I miss on Dakka
