I have an apoc game soon and plan on fielding my revenant on a skyshield landing pad. if i had fortune on the titan, do i get my holofield save, than the skyshields 4++ and fortune lets me reroll the 4++? Effectivly meaning i need to fail three saves to be damaged?

Yes. You will not however get the 4++ against a 6 from a D-weapon (if it gets through your holofield) or close combat attacks.

Also don't you have to move in order to get the holofield?

No, not any longer.

Its just a 3+ if you don't move rather than a 4+. However you can just shimmy 1mm a turn on the Skyshield to retain the 4+.
