Looks good to me buddy. Maybe a touch of pure white very sparingly on the end of the lightning claws to set them off.

Gold looks great! And I agree that the actual "claws" themselves need to be differentiated from the gauntlet part a bit.

i concur with the queen the claws would look better with some stronger white highlights on the blades themselves
and if the claws, ar whats glowing, the shadows have been missed, inside the palm? shouldn't the fingers have taken the light? but then again i might be over thinking it... but it looks great so far!

I prefer softer lighting on black, working to a dark blue rather than dark grey. This stop you losing the depth to it, but looks so much better than flat black.

I would recommend a dark grey, medium grey, light grey to highlight the black.

It would be such a huge clash if you go straight from black to a hard white highlight.
