Is it still possible to order these from the company that rant the KS?

Modiphius?

I don't know, but I presume they will be retail (or something like it) when the actual RPG hits properly.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I'm not sure about that; they were described as Kickstarter exclusive. The HVT miniatures released recently by Corvus Belli were the alternatives.

Best ask Modiphius directly, though.

The Modiphius boys replied.

They are still available through their site.

The bigger question is when is the rpg book going to actually be available. Modiphius seems to have a bad track record of taking years after a Kickstarter to make the actual product available.

Really? they seem to have a decent record, the initial books were a bit late, but so far Cthulhu and Mutant Chronicles both shipped the main book with regular releases for the expansion books still coming and I'm getting about 1 update a week for the Infinity RPG, far more regular and with far more info than most KS projects I've backed. Or did you think that all expansions for a game system would be available at the same time? Hell, my last update had the status of every chapter in the book laid out from completed to waiting on approval to waiting on art to being written, you don't get that with many KS projects

I am talking about just the main rulebook. I check their forums regularly and the last update said that the book is not even fully written. A prime example of their issues is the Dust Adventures that also was a Kickstarter and took forever for the main rulebook to be released and they still have not released the promised campaign that was to launch with it. I think they try to tackle too much at once. I mean they hadn't even completed Dust and then they moved on to Infinity and then on to Conan. It just seems that they secure properties as fast as they can and then just sit on them taking their sweet time to produce any results. Don't get me wrong the I am intrigued by the rules. But look at their track record. Heck their website still says Infinity is shipping in April.

The book is fully written, at least as far as they've told us in one of their most recent backer newsletters (so are a few of the faction and adventure books - Haqqislam is actually finished). The bottleneck is Corvus Belli approving everything, which was always going to happen. There's quite a few chapters CB have ammended and they need to change, plus a lot of art that's going through approvals. Plus they are also making rules revisions. Apparently there was something in their upcoming Conan RPG that they liked so much they have moved it into the Infinity RPG.

They don't just get free reign to write whatever fluff they want and make whatever art they want and slap the Infinity name on it. It all goes through several people at Corvus Belli, who have also been very busy launching Human Sphere, as well as working on a very interesting ongoing narrative campaign system for the RPG with Modiphius and it seems licensing a manga in the Infinity universe.

This stuff is slow. Be patient.

Yea, saunter over to the RRT thread and tell them you're part of a slow KS.

Let me know how that goes.
