Hey guys,

Well only playing for a month now and feel in love with the game that I am thinking of starting a second army. Now when I first started a guy that plays at my LGS only plays Dark Angels. He helped me a ton with getting into the game and we have had some great battles. He is a lil bit weird about his Dark Angels....the guy has there insignia tattoed on his arm, lol. However he is a really nice guy and I thought I would give him a laugh by building my 2nd army as The Fallen.

So I got some background info on them and this is how I am going to play them. The Fallen are the loyalist to the Emperor but have been cursed by Slaanesh (sp?) when they were casted into the warp. I picked Slaanesh because there greatest desire is to be back into the graces of the Emperor, but being cursed, they are fighting everyone to do it. So they driving force is their desire.

I got my ideas, and I know the paint scheme is black armor and white robes, but now comes the modeling and where I need help. Should I:

A) Buy Dark Angels veterans and use chaos head for chosen and havocs?

or

B) Buy Chaos Space Marines and Dark Angel conversion kits?

Haven't seen either in my LGS but the owner is a friend so I know he can order them for me and hold til I get the money. He will hide them too, since he knows I want this army to be a surprise. Any help is appreciated.

I've recently made some Thousand Sons using DA veterans. The robes are finished with CSM arms, pads, guns and backpacks, whilst the heads come from the Chaos Warrior boxed set. I trim off all the horns to make them look a little less insane, and more refined (a sort of halfway look). Good luck.
