I don't see why people start threads/polls like this.

Read the fluff. Buy a codex or two. Look at the models.
Are you new to 40k or is this your 14th army?
Which back story is most appealing?
Which army better fits your playstyle?

Factor in painting skill (or lack thereof) and look at how easy the different models are to paint.
Consider the different army builds as well. Horde Orks. KoS orks. Horde nids. Stealer shock. Nidzilla. All with their own unique flavor and playstyle.
If after all other considerations you're still at a bang on dead tie, proxy the models and play a game or two with both to help you decide which you like better.

But a random internet capslock poll? Seems pointless.
