hi all,

bit late in doing this, but better late than never... I'm varl and new to the hobby. right now, I'm more interested in painting than playing (needed an artistic outlet), but I'll probably roll some dice eventually. I did a bit of painting years and years ago (D&D fantasy stuff), but I'm basically starting over from scratch. I've chosen the salamanders for my first army because I like their lore, specifically, and I'm in love with space marines, in general. not sure where this hobby's going to take me, but I'm hoping it'll be a fun journey regardless
