Whichever one has the most sallies and skinks. Sallies muff up skaven so freaking bad.

List A but for some reason I thought your slaan could only have 2 upgrades? That said either list will get decimated by slave spams. A few small blocks will easily get tied up in the endless steadfast battles with 50+ slaves and spend the entire game getting shot at and flanked by HPA.

Slave spam will always be a bitch against elite armies, not unwinnable mind just a bitch. its always better to have your slann as your bsb, he's more easily protected also give him cupped hands of the old ones

Slann CAN have up to 4 upgrades. And, lol. Lizardmen can beat Skaven.

2 units of 2 mess up skaven pretty good.
I liked a small unit of cold ones with flaming banner, and a hero with burning blade to take care of all my negate regen needs.
I don't like chaemeleons or terradons vs skaven. Storm banner grounds the terradons and the bulk of the skaven army can take away any options to scout into a good location.
Temple Guard tear up skaven; hitting on 3's killing on 2's.

Watch out for 13th (make him discard 6's), and you'll be golden.

Yes. Actually I'm implying Lizardmen can't beat slave rats

It's a generality of course but in a game which is all about combat resolution and being steadfast the ability to field massive blcoks of cheap foot infantry that will stick around for a while due to IP and BSB's equals a loss for small block elite armies such as high elves and lizardmen.

And yes, Dreaded 13th would eat those lists alive.
