Hey everybody, I'm Brian. I love to game and have always admired the warhammer line of minis and have enjoyed painting them. Been lurking on here for awhile for tips. I've recently started to actually play though. Just started with a Dwarf army I've had laying around from BFSP for a few years. A lot of people play 40k at my local comic shop and I'm looking at getting a small starting force. I'm looking at either a Space Marines chapter or I really love the look of the Necrons too.

Welcome to dakka 
The new Necrons look pretty cool, though the number of SM codexes and kits means you will always have something different to do with them.
Have you seen/thought about any of the other gaming systems out there? Games like Infinity are starting to really pick up a following.
