For some odd reason i thought it'd make a nice title. Anyway here's the list i just came up with using what i've been thinking up. I could possibly make it better but whatever. There was a couple limits.

warlock #1

The point of this list is for that warlock spamming warp lightning idea i had. Basically you take 3 warlocks and substitute every spell with warp lightning and blast apart anything that comes near esp. skirmishers. The warp energy condenser gives some power dice as well as boosts warp lightning. Each warpstone token is a power dice when a character eats it but rolls of 1 on a magic roll wound the character. The doomrocket warlock is there so i can skitterleap him to the enemy army's flank and shoot a doom rocket up the side of their army ending in a strength 5 large blast somewhere on their battle-line. The slaves are there to absorb shots from my enemy as well as for me to shoot with my own warp lightning cannons and warpfire throwers (added onto the clanrat units) when they're stuck in combat with my enemy. The warlord is meant to be the general and stay out of combat somewhere in a clanrat unit. The stormvermin will hit combat and the poisoned wind mortar will see off their unit. The grey seer may or may not just be there to boost the rest of the army and possibly skitterleap around and use cracks call or something (though death frenzy needs to go on the stormvermin first). I tooled up the chieftain to stay alive so i may or may not throw him into the unit of stormvermin though that might make him vulnerable even with a 1+ armor save that auto-hits an enemy with a strength 4 hit every time i successfully make an armor save and gives him a +2 ward save vs. flaming attacks.

Other than that the warp lightning cannons, warpfire throwers, poisoned wind mortar and 3 warlocks should shoot and magic everything to death. I should have enough warpstone tokens on everything for 2-3 magic phases on mostly warpstone tokens.

You could replace a Warp Token with a Power Stone, 5 extra points for 1 extra dice without risk

You might want to include a few rat darts to redirect and slow down the big nasties

Other than that it's quite solid (well of course the Warp Engineers are going to kill themselves, but that's normal)
