I see a few interesting things that I want to point out.
You say that you have decided to just ignore fliers but yet you proceeded to take two squads of
Devs with Flakk and also flakk missiles in two of your scout squads. That seems like a lot of point to be 'just ignoring them'. What I think would be better is to drop one of the
dev squads and pick up an
ADL with a Quad-Gun. Interceptor is great! That along with a
dev squad with flakk should be a decent amount of anti-air. You might have problems if you run into three Heldrakes or something of that nature. Those are just a few thoughts on that.
Have you thought about using Azreal at all? You could drop your scout squads and beef up your Termis or Bikes since they will be scoring. I think you are really missing out on the potential of
DA if you are using 3 squads of scouts. Just my opinion though. Belial is great with his deep-strike but after that he really just loses his strength. You could do something like this... Azreal, 2 squads of terminators, 2 to 3 squads of bikes, maybe one scout squad that will sit on an objective all game. maybe a command squad with the Feel No Pain banner and you stick that unit in a Rhino with Azreal. Librarians are also fantastic you should consider one. Take a Darkshroud for 80 points for some cover on your bikes and your rhino. Just some thoughts though.
