Well I'm building a rather large Space Wolves Great Company lots of tanks, flyers and so on so I need Foam.

Options came inmainly from overseas , I almost pulled the trigger on Battlefoam but nearly $250USD to ship, well , screw that.

KR multi looks nice little bit cheaper but also better shipping rates.

Didn't mind the look of Feldherr but honestly would prefer laser cut over pick n pull, I mean if i'm paying good coin I want custom fit.

Anyway found this guy in Australia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrcHROIcykE took him four weeks to reply then i'm still waiting weeks later for a quote. His website is down now but with customer response times like that it's quite possible he starved to death.

So guess who has the hook ups and does any aussie recommend an aussie based manufacturer or supplier?

Anyone else making a great product overseas that I don't have to sacrifice my first born for?

Feldherr is a quality, often over looked supplier of cases. They have at least one retailer in Australia (believe in Melbourne). German company, but good stuff and pretty reasonable pricing.

I have to say that I have their backpack, and I love it. I use it for warmachine infantry models, and then some of their larger foam bits for my jacks, and it works really well. It then has plenty of room in the front for a rulebook, my tablet, I bring a book and some pens with me in case I want to write, all my cards, etc etc etc. It is a really good bag.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

Lasertouch are basically Australia's battlefoam equivalent. I would also suggest call them if they have a listed number rather than emailing them. People overlook email far too often.

You can also look into Minisoft (they aren't custom trays) but it is all punched foam or pluck foam.

Where are you located? If you want Battlefoam and don't want to pay the shipping, and live in the Sydney area, make your way south to Campbelltown. There's a store there, The Hall of Heroes, that stocks and special orders in Battlefoam.

Good point, I think Irresistible Force in Logan (if you are closer to Brisbane) does something similar, but I'm not 100%.
