I may be wrong, but are only books with digital editions missing their FAQs? Do we now have to get the eBooks and such to have up to date rules?

CSM and DA both have iBooks versions AFAIK so I wouldn't go jumping the gun on that (Plus Farsight is a digital release and they have the FAQ for that up).

More likely the missing ones are getting updated and aren't ready to post yet.
