So there are a couple things wrong with this list both legally and game play wise.

First of, the Lord budget is to much, you can only have 750 points in the Lord budget and you have 761 by my math. In my opionion you need to either commit to Minotours or Bestis. My personal opinion is a 40 man block of Bestis with Banner of Discipline with a Blackened Plate Beastlord with a 4++ and crown, Lv4 Beast Shaman with MR2. Then you have a 45 man block of XHW Gors with a Lv2 Shaman and a Beast banner BSB with scales for a 2+ armor save. These two blocks stay near each other for rerolling LD10.

Second is your need for chaff. I have a personal softspot for 3 razorgor singles. but at 3000 you need to have a few more. I would fill these with 3 5 man Harpy units.

Third would be Chariots.... Now again i prefer Razorgor over tuskgor, but salt as needed. I again usually use 3 of them at 2500 but you can also add a few tuskgor as you will probably need some more core points.

on another side note, at 3000 points if there is no comp, there is honestly no reason not to run a Herdstone. You could max out power dice pretty much every turn
