I was really uncertain about the Minos especially, but without them the army feels a bit soft in the stabby-stabby department?

In a 1,000 point list you only get 250 points of heroes.
The list is over by 155 points of heroes and not legal.

Ditch the Lvl 2s and get a Lvl4 with add. weap ( around 240 points I think).

You either need either all gors or all minotaurs at 1000 pts. Minotaurs may give you a bit of a punch, but really need a doom/gorebull for full effect. They are also a big in points.
There is almost enough points in there for another unit of 30 gors.

As such then, take another unit of them, using the left over points from the Lvl 2 s to beef it up. Any other points will probably be put to good use beefing these units up even more.

Your list should look something like this then:

Lvl 4 (235)

Wargor BSB + shield (112)

30~ gors, FC (265~) x2 [530ish pts]

5x raiders ( 25) x2 [50]

That's 927 methinks. Enough points for a few more gors and magic items for the BSB.

You can also if you want to play really competivly, combine both units with around, say 55 gors, and give the bsb the beast banner. Can't remember the points, but perhaps consider squeezing in a Razgor for a reliable sturdy chaff unit.

Having a support Lvl 2 wizard at 1000 pts is nice, but unnessecary. The list is capable without
