This came up. We where talking about the new cygnar tactics caster(Sturgis I think) and just how annoying his feat is going to be, that spiraled into stupid and annoying feats

Kreoss with his Knockdown feat if in the right time can knockdown your entire army, meaning spending move or action to get up
PSorscha: Stationary.
Darius: Run the halfjacks up and THEN repair your nearly cripple jacks
Absylonia.... She is fully healed and so are her beasts

What are just some annoying feats?

pHaley is more annoying. She gets a freaking feat EVERY SINGLE TURN!

Personally, I hate epic skarre's feat with a passion. And saeryn. The 'lol no damage' feat is nuts.

I was just talking to a mate about getting pThagrosh, bringing back an 11pt Carnivean who the enemy have only just managed to take down has got to be annoying.... glad I'm the Legion player!

I'd say Darius I'd most annoying, since he can heal 1 or more storm walls up to full health.

Not quite actually. Her feat requires LoS. meaning its not that hard to keep certain models unaffected. It also doesn't effect anyone in her back arc. Which means her exact positioning is important.

How about MK 1 Scorsha, that was horrible.

Pre-first nerf Sorscha, at that. Wind Rush, Wind Rush, pop feat, hit caster twice (once charging). Next turn: Freeze caster, hit caster three more times, win.

pThagrosh in 15 points is pretty hilarious, unless you're on the other end of the table.
Absylonia's feat is pretty funny as well if your opponent hasn't been focussing down your warbeasts.

Rasks is pretty goddamn annoying, inhospitable ground doubling that annoyance

pThagrosh's feat of bringing a warbeast back from the dead is annoying as anything, I have seen.

While stationary is a real pain for a lot of units and solos it isn't nearly as bad for jacks, beasts and warnouns. They can shake it with fury/focus. Colossals and Gargantuan are immune to it I believe as well.

And I'm not sure how rare units/solos that are either immune or can ignore it are. There are things straight up immune to stationary. There are things that shake stationary when they activate like bane thralls w/ UA. Also immunity: cold will block her feat as well. Again, not a common ability, but there are things that have it.

Its a very uncommon ability to ignore/be immune to stationary(or at least the Freeze application of it)

And no, the Bane Thrall UA doesn't remove Stationary. It only makes them stand up from being Knocked Down.


Yeah, there are some things which are Immune to Cold which stops most applications of Stationary, but there is very little which directly counters Stationary.

eBorka will be a hilarious drop against pSorscha, probably the most Immunity: Cold in the game.

Coven of Gharlghast has an INTENSLY annoying feat.
Reducing LoS to 5" is horrifically irritating for doing practically anything. It basically kills your charges, any ranged attacks and shortens your buff spells ranges.

I know there are worse feats, but the Coven's is irritating in that you still have the option of doing stuff, but the options are really sucky.

Me and oppenent were both playing Ashlynn. He decided to use her feat and thus i countered by using mine. Let's just say all our rolls became pretty average. Our warmachine/horde players were surprised how many dice we were rolling (especially when you add weapon master and boosting). Not annoying or anything but pretty funny.

That would have been great. Ok, boosting to hit on the charge with Ashlynn/a jack, 7 dice to hit dropping the two highest and two lowest.

What does weapon master have to do with it?

I'm afraid my Convergence leanings don't do well for me here. no really ridiculous feats in the faction. They're all solid but nothing that makes the opponent want to flip the table.

Cyriss has frustrating lists rather than feats.
Father Lucant with Reciprocators, a PA, and optifex directives are a good example.

No no... the point is.... Archangel is terrible. Not like "meh... so-so"... but outright terrible. My wife plays Legion primarily and never stops talking about what an abysmal purchase the Archangel was.

I personally was amused by the Rask vs. Ehaley fight a few months back. Rask popped his feat first then Haley cracked her fingers and said "boy let me show you how its done."
