Most of those are listed on PSC's website in the 'Coming Soon' section since early February, but no mention of an upcoming release or that they were ready for preorder.

They mentioned at one time about putting the options for the Hetzer on the Pz 38T/Marder kit. I hope that does happen. I'd love to do a Hungarian Rohamágyús Üteg Assault Gun Battery with a small horde of Hetzers.

Medium trucks, really? FiB and Zvesda already have those nailed. Seems a bit of a waste of time to me. I'm equally uninterested in plastic infantry and guns. Those 38-ts just might push me over the edge for an early war Czech Panzer list though. Any excuse to do something a bit Czech.

Maybe to you, but for us we can re-scale to 1/72 aswell... as 1/72 sales are growing fastest at present it ticks alot of boxes.

Plus our truck kit will have options...

Hey Big P, is PSC based here in Ireland?

Yeah I found that odd, it looked to me to be a UK company. Dakka flags have been known to be wrong or Big P might be in Ireland on business or the company may indeed have Irish offices or be Irish.

Now I know PSC is listening though:

I was delighted that when I bought my US Army deal I was able to ask for and receive a free extra, a single bazooka team to make up the five needed to make an ARP (the army deal had ample of everything but only four bazookas). Little things like that make good customer service, recommended.

Nope in the UK.

I was over at the factory last weekend before a show.

I live in Ireland and run the 'studio' from here. I fly back every now and then and the boys fly over here for photoshoots.

Quoted for truth. Hell I will exhalt this. I can't even begin to count the number of boxes of this kit I would end up buying.

Hetzer will likely be in a second box with late war marder options.

It has a wider hull than a 38t so will likely need a new hull. But a second box means more variants...

So which Marder variants will be in the first box?

So far the Marder III 38t 7.62 (r) and the marder III h are in progress along with other bitz to go on the sprue.

These are a new one for the design team due to the tall but open superstructures the vehicles have, and these take up alot of frame space.

But Will at PSC has his whip out to flog as many variants on each frame as possible...

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Has the company looked at doing 15mm jeeps and M8/M20 armoured cars. I wonder if you could fit both a jeep and an M8/ with M20 variant bits on one tank sprue.

To be honest, im not sure its something you would put together on a sprue really, as with a jeep you want a US, British and possibly Russian crew figures, so its something that may warrant its own frame for inclusion with a variety of sets... such as our ideas for artillery battery box sets.

The German heavy weapon set is nice though...

Cool. It makes sense (IMO) to separate the mid-war and late-war variants when its necessary to put them in different kits. At least the Hetzer shouldn't take up that much room on the sprue with its low silhouette, just don't forget the bitz for the Flammpanzer 38.

And since this seems to becoming something of a wishlist thread I know I'd like to see British 25 pdrs (maybe with the Quads on the sprues), British Daimler I and Staghound armoured cars and M18 Hellcats.

The renders look great. Any chance of convincing the boss to run a set of these and the redone British in 20mm? I looked at 15mm for single basing and decided it was just too small for me but would love these in 20mm...

In a van down by the river

Big P, if this isn't a question you really can't answer that's fine but I figure there's no harm in asking.

At this point are they any plans for PSC to do a 15mm Konigstiger set? I know if it's not on the list announced it's not going to be any time soon but I'm just curious if it's on the radar for the next year+ or if it's just on the list of things to eventually do at some indeterminate point in the future. I was very impressed by the Panthers and will probably end up getting some Tiger Is in the future and that tank would be the next one on the list to acquire. I also understand that 15mm doesn't move as many boxes, and that tank isn't exactly a high volume seller.

I'm not really in a rush because the Schwere Panzerkompanie I was thinking of is more a reward for finishing my current Panzergrenadier project, and finishing projects isn't always something I'm good at. Just curious if I should keep an eye out for such things from PSC or if looking to another vendor for that particular tank is the better approach.

Thanks for reading at least!

Are these the British you're asking about? 1/72 scale is 20mm.

Buttons Should Be Brass, Not Gold!

Kildare, Ireland

I'm about to receive the test prints of both the 15mm German and British 'new style' designs in 20mm to see how they scale up.

Sadly its often not possible to just directly scale up as the infill that is not that noticeable in 15mm becomes rather glaring in 20mm but we figured it was worth a punt to see how the prints turned out. If nothing else it will give us an idea as to what needs to be worked on.

25 pounders with Quads, OP team and a battery HQ all in one box was something we discussed last week. For me its a priority release for both 15mm and 20mm but we shall have to see how it fits in and the work required at design.

King Tigers are on the 'long term' list, but I can't give an indication as to when, they are on the list though. Also for late war are a Panzergrenadier set in smocks and late war weapons.

As for armoured cars, we discussed starting a 'recce' option for each nation but I doubt we will see much movement on that till next year.

Hope that's of interest guys, there are other bits in the pipeline but I can't discuss those as yet...

Those early war German infantry look sweet. Shame I've already got more than I could ever use.

Are British late war heavy weapons still in the pipeline?

Well as you already have decided to do several types of Sherman, it might help to have a US, Soviet and British light vehicle sprue. With a jeep on each one.
