25+ year 40K veteran here, but 40k has finally lost me as a regular player.

I'm starting three Warmahordes armies as a change of pace, but could use a little advice.

Menoth - i have the starter box, but not sure where to go next. I prefer Jack-heavy lists to infantry, from the few WM/H games i've played so far.

Rhul- these guys are more of a painting/modelling project - I know where i'm going with them.

Circle - I want to run a Wold-heavy army (love them golems). I have Baldur, a woldwatcher and a woldwarden, and plan on picking up the other Wold units in their book, but do any other units work well with this approach?

Any advice welcome

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts

If you plan on going jack-heavy, then get the Choir of Menoth next. They'll be a staple on everyone of your lists.

You'll want Shifting Stones and the UA and a second unit of Stones. If you're going with Baldur, maybe a Sentry Stone and Mannikins. More forests is always good with Baldur.

For Menoth, you'll want to get one of each heavy jack kit and magnetize it.

Get a unit of choir(mandatory purchase) and 2 Vassals(almost mandatory)

Now, Menoth is more jack heavy than most. But you'll almost never spend more than half of your points on Jacks.

So you'll want at least 2 units of infantry.

For our main infantry, we have 3 choices. Errants with UA, Zealots with UA, and TFG with UA. Pick any 2. All are amazing.

For support you will want the Covenant of Menoth, Rhupert Carvolo(merc), a Heirophant, and Wracks.

For jacks that synergise well with pKreoss, you'll want to pick up a Redeemer. Excellent jack for clearing light infantry, and on feat turn you can put 3 pow14s in the enemy caster's face(knockdown+choir buff means even with inaccurate you hit on anything but snake eyes)

Other infantry you should consider are Bastions. Same cost as most of our heavies so they easily slot in. Good solid melee power.

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

I'm no WM/H nor Circle expert, far from it (just started the game in-fact), but so far what I've gathered is that you can't go wrong with the following units;

2xShifting Stones
1xStone Keeper
2xGallows Grove
1xMegalith (especially with Baldur)
1xDruid Wilder (in case you wanna go living warbeasts at some point)

Everything else is debatable, and even if not, this is still a solid starting point. Bloodtrackers, for example, go well with Baldur (as well as with many others).

Gallows might not find use in every list, but it benefits most locks. Wolds are not currently the 'bees-knees', but Circle has a new "wold"warlock coming this year.
