The yellow and the weathering are really neat.
But I have the feeling they could benefit from a little less of the cool yellow and some more metal/NMM parts.

Do you use oilpaints for these? Or is it just wash?

Do you use oilpaints for these?
no, only GW and Valejio acrilic paint, but in some places, the bottom used GW Citadel Shade

These are fantastic. I like the non-traditional yellow color scheme. I agree with Pfibp, that some NMM or regular metallics could go a long way in breaking up some of the yellow block, but still look great as is.

The warm yellow and cold blue contrast very well together. Nice weathering. I agree I would be quite interested to see the metallics done in NMM, as it would complement the rest of the model rather nicely.
