Im not 100% sure but can you run 2 HQ choices in a 1000 point game and still be bound?? Im looking at a warboss as well ask a Big mek with SAG. Im going to be runner 3 troop choices with this list as well as some transports, fast attack and 1 heavy choice

So with 2 HQ id need 6 troop to be bound? Im trying to think what I want to add to this. Im sitting at 853 so far....

No you need a minimum of 1 HQ 2 troops.

You can have up to 2 HQ 6 troops in a bound list.

Look on pages 396 and 397 of the (ebook) rulebook for the "Combined Arms detachment".
Minimum of 1 HQ and 2 Troops, with options to take more, and others.
You could have 1 HQ and 6 troop, or 2 HQ and 2 Troop, or any combination. Add some FA, HS, etc, if you want. Transports can be from a slot of their own, or as unit options for dedicated Transports.

If the Orks codex is anything like the Eldar and AM that I have, there are some HQ choices that are HQ role, but do not take up a slot.

you can always look at the horde detachment in the ork codex, its bound and it will let you take up to 3 HQs (i think, i only glanced at it briefly)

As far as I know...totally "OK"...you might be over spending on HQ, but that is a separate issue. And Orks, in general don't have overcosted HQ choices.
