So, I have an order made from http://puppetswar.eu/index.php

I've paid the order around a week ago, but haven't received any update on my order being shipped. I forgot my accout password, and their password retrieval link doesn't send me the reset password. It doesn't go into my spamfolder either - it just doesn't arrive.

Here it gets fun. Their contact form ( for me anyways ) says that an error occurred when you try to send a message to them. Tried it with Chrome and FF both, same thing.

So basically, my order seems "stuck", and both their password reset form and contact form seems not to function on their website. Could anyone have any advice on how to get into contact with them?

I'm starting to get a bad vibe out of this company, but let's hope it will all be good in the end.

They are (as far as I am aware) a reputable company. And fairly active as a company releasing new product etc.

Man sucks to hear - but I've ordered from them and haven't had any problems. Stellar product. I will say, it took a bit for items to get to me, although I am in the United States. I'd say it was about a month for my order to get fulfilled.

Here's hoping. They say they will pack the shipment within 12 working days of payment. Doesn't say anything about shipping though, if read RAW.

I have only ordered once, and got my stuff. This is the first negative thing I've heard about their customer service; however, I have heard negative about their casting quality.

Ha! I'd not noticed I was getting close

I am sure that once you manage to get hold of someone they will be able to sort things out. If there is an issue with their IT at the moment that might explain the problems you are having getting through at the moment.

Update however, everything has been settled. I contacted them through FB and apparently their website issues are now fixed and I got my account to work again, also my order seems to have been shipped. So all is good, and you guys can trust puppetswar.eu just fine!
