Wait, do you have 2 Stormteks with personal Sycthes? Or are they with Warrior units? Because that would be a huge waste of points.

Id also change 2 of the Warrior Squads to 1 Immortal squad in a scythe. Id give the leftover scythe to the depairtek, taking away his veil and adding the deathmarks to him.

I'd drop 2 of the stormteks for 1 destructiontek that would ride with the Immortals. Any extra points would go towards adding in extra Immortals.

Lastly, Doom Scythes are kind of underpowered for the cost. If you want a heatray, get Sentry Pylons. I'd change them out for ABs or a big warrior blob. If you go with the blob, take Zandrehk out of the CCB and attach him to it, so he can give them special rules.

Rule #1 is Look Cool.
Rule #2 is Do Cool S*%* Even If It's Tactically Inadvisable
Winning is something like Rule #17.

Overkill is officially defined by the Commissariat and the Munitorium as: "The minimum amount of force that is to be brought to bear against the enemies of the Emperor."

Illegal now with the new FAQ.

Royal Courts don't have access to Nightscythes so they have to be joined to a unit to start in one. I think I see what you're trying to do, drop the guy out, blow up a vehicle, then watch him waste a unit on 1 model that'll still have a chance to stand up. You only have access to 1 Royal Court so you can only have 1 Veiltek. Unless this is an Unbound list (and even then people will still say you can't do it, so be careful and inform your opponent you're doing this.)
5 deathmarks

Umm, whats the plan with these?
4x5 warriors in 4 night scythes

You're not going to be killing him if he's running Mech-Eldar and you're not going to out VP him with objectives since after your units arrive, he's faster.
6 wraiths with 3 whip coils

Expect this, with the DLord to be whittled down pretty good before they see combat (again, assuming he's running Mech-Eldar)
2 doom scythes

A lot of points which may or may not do damage. These things are extremely fragile for their points. If he's planning on running 'Invisibility' then they'll be good before they get shot down.

It would be better if we knew
A) What your opponent was running. It's a challenge, so that means he has little to no variation in his list since he thinks he's found the unbeatable army. Is it Unbound? Does he use multiple CADS? Is he using LoW/FW?
B) What models you currently have. I find it improbable, that you own 6 Nightscythes, and 2 Doomscythes. I know their are players out there with them, but it might help us a bit better.

If you're building a list specifically to beat the guy, then you're buying models for the wrong reason. If you just want to beat him, then run an army of 45 Lone Wolves(Space Wolves) with Plasma Pistols before they change the codex. If you haven't bought any models, then what reason did you choose Necrons? Are you actually planning on building this army, or you looking for a list to proxy/borrow/vassal?

True. If you want you could try a 20 man warrior squad with a veil tek. Have them teleport at rapid fire range and give them tank hunter. U can see the rest.

20 man squad of warriors? Not a good idea. Take 2x squaods of ten warriors

Annihilation barges are better than doomsythes, sentry pylons with focussed death rays are better, particularly when on a skysheild.

Other than that for gods sake take nemesor out of the catacomb command barge, that thing is a close combat machine and nemesor is not a close combat overlord. Stick him in a squad.

How many wraithnight a does this eldar player field? If he is spamming them you need to spam death marks(5 man squads) and mark all of them with hunters from hyperspace. Despair tecks can help but are not necessary. This is also a circumstance where you may consider heavy destroyers since wraithknights are short range and with preferred enemy it makes it pretty easy to get three wounds a turn from one unit.

By the way, doom scythes ain't necessary. Night scythes are fine, I've beaten a stormraven with one before.

Look at the new FAQ, you cannot take CCB with necron special characters

Page 88, 89 - Imotekh the Stormlord, Nemesor Zahndrekh, Anrakyr the Traveller, Trazyn the Infinite,
Necron Overlord
Please ignore the Dedicated Transport options for these characters.

Also I would stay away from Necron Airforce. There is so much more that can be done with this Army 2 or 3 20 man blobs with a ghost arc behind them is crazy reliable. Also Wraiths and a DLord could be useful. I don't know why people never take Lychguard with Vargard Obyron its nasty and great at dealing with wraithknights..... just saying
