I have a tournament coming up in September and I am thinking of the list that follows. This list is SUPER heavy on carnifexes. Mad dakka for sure! I am worreid about dealiing with extremely heavy vehicles though. I am also worried about kill point games. Please leave any feedback or suggestions! Thank you!

Why not replace 1 unit of carnifexes with exocrines.
Not a nid player (although I might be in a few weeks), but from what I've seen so far, they're the main tankbusters of the army.

Not bad! But I suggest you find 40 points so you can toss Thorax Hives with Electro-bugs on everybody... That will help a fair bit vs Vehicles. I don't much like Tervigons...I think they are too pricey. One seems a valid purchase, but two seems like a lot of points to me...

I think I'd drop one Momma Bug, split out the x30 Brood, and spend some of the savings on Zoeys, and Venos...both work as force multipliers, so that your Carnifexen can be even stronger. With more cheap Gaunts you can assign screening units to each Brood of Big Bugs and counter many Monster Hunting tricks. (A Dakkafexen Brood, with a Veno, and a Screen of Gaunts is a poor bug's deathstar, just add Synapse to taste. )

New Malanthrope instead of Venothropes and it gets even better (also provides the synapse you're missing).

I have taken most of those suggestions already. I dont have a new list made quite yet, but I will definitely post it when I do.

I took out one tervigon. I also reduced it to 4 fexes instead of 6. I added 2 venomthropes and a zoanthrope. I added an exocrine and a hive crone. And I was definitely looking at electroshoc grubs for as much as I can.

But Gerst, where is the malonthrope rules? I am not seeing it in the codex. a venomthrop with synapse would be fantastic!

It's an absolutely incredible unit. Same shrouded bubble as Venomthrope, but with 4W, T5, 3+ armor save, regeneration, and synapse. Only 85 pts. They're honestly way too good.

You need Malanthropes in your army, also don't even bother bringing the Tervigon and the gants, you can easily use rippers for objectives and add more dangerous bugs in your arsenal.

You may want to look at a unit of Hive Guard if you replace your zoans and venoms with Malanthropes.

Exocrines and Haruspex's are great units (haru is often over looked because people want it to smash units, but don't realize its vehicle killing ability).

The new Dima is also an amazing unit. I am proxying mine utilizing a Trygon. Very killy unit with some quirky but fun rules.

Also, don't overlook the Harpy. He is a great pinning unit when equipped with a BS. He can also drop spore mines which can do amazing things to gunline troops and still fire his BS.

Even though the tervigon isnt the all-star that he used to be he still gives Synapse and a lots of OS and board control in a tough format, I would recommend making the 30x gaunts units flanking with the Hive commander upgrade on flyrants and add 15-20 devourer per units, flanking devilgaunts are very good.

by taking out 2x dakkafex you can pay for a Malanthrope, the Hive commander upgrades, the 4x Egrub upgrade and 17 devourer per unit of gaunt.
