Eldar - 2000pts - WraithForce

Keep the WKs moving to take Tanks/Heavily armoured units.
Have SpiritSeer in one of the waveserpents to follow.
So he can try to use the WraithForge Stone on whoever might need it.

The other 3 WG units go take objectives.

Considering you have wraithcannons for killing tanks, I think the wave serpents would be better off with the scatter laser and shuri cannon load out to take down infantry. Just personal preference though, depends on how mech heavy your typical opponents are.

I have reconsidered those waveserpents and put the TL Scatter Lasers on them.

I would get rid of the sun cannon and make one of your squads of guard d-scythe's

Just a thought, but poison would make this list cry something fierce.

Also, I thought you could only select a WK as a warlord if you didn't have an HQ unit/model?

If he's using the Iyanden Supplement, then you can choose to make a Wraithknight your Warlord, and he even gets a roll on the Trait table.

How many actual guns is that. Is it;
1] 1 Scatter laser that has re-rolls & 1 catapult with re-rolls?
or
2] 2 Scatter lasers both with re-rolls & 2 catapults both with re-rolls?

Bit confused with the {s} at the end of the weapons.

It's the first - one weapon with re-rolls. If you upgrade the catapults to a cannon, it's not twin-linked but will (usually) gain the ability through the Laser Lock rule.

Really you have 4 twin linked scatter laser shots. The chances of all of them missing are ridiculously low. (its never happened in all my games) So you can count on all the other weapons being twin linked.
Then you have 3 twin linked shuiken cannon shots.
Then you have d6+1 (averaging 4.5) s7 shots

For a total of...

7 twin linked strength 6 shots.
D6+1 strength 7 ignores cover twin linked shots.

Its a really nasty tank.

Thanks. Think its working out.

First game with the 2000pt list was a loss.
But it was real close. Dice gods left me last turn . 5 shots and rolled all ones!

Marine guy was real nervous he was gona lose. that last turn I rolled badly and he rolled well.
Lost most of my troops to his weapons. but I did take out his command unit after it dropped in.
I messed up first turn too. Used wrong Knight on a tank. those WraithCanons sure made short work of his landraider.

Will be defiantly trying this list again.
