Was thinking up a fun list to run with a strong squad of Harlequins and came up with the following. My only worry is flyers, and possibly problems with strong AV lists. Also tossing up between suncannon for my WK or the dual wraithcannons.
Idea was basically to run a strong assault list, Jain Zar with the Harlequins & a farseer (rolling either on runes of fate for fortune/doom.. Or for invisibility), with Jain Zar sitting up front with 2+ save or look out sir for any AP1-2. And Karandras infiltrating with a squad of Scorpions /w exarch (scorpions claw).

Heres what I was thinking:

HQ:
Farseer /w singing spear
Jain Zar
Karandras

Elites:

5 x Fire Dragons /w Wave serpent (TL SL, Shuri cannon, HF)
8 x Harlequins all with Harlequins Kiss, 2 x fusion pistols. Shadowseer, Death Jester & Troupe Master
8 x Striking Scorpions /w Exarch (scorpions claw & chainsword)

Troops:

5 x Dire Avengers /w Wave serpent (TL SL, Shuri cannon, HF)
10x Guardian with Bright Lance platform

Fast Attack:
5 x Warp Spiders

Heavy Support:
Wraithknight /w 2 x heavy wraithcannons

You've got an awful lot of points tied up inn three models but I like the general idea. Drop the bright lance platform with guardians though swap it for a shuri or star cannon to maximise the squads usefulnes. (If you use the lance for its intended purpose you've got 18 other completely waisted shots)

Also as your unbound have a look at the jain zaar and lelith hesperax cobo from DE its pricey for sure but with the added avlability of an assualt vehicle any it touches will die and fast.

Oh right 3 HQ's... I could probably drop Karandras and maybe go for something like a crimson hunter? Or dark reapers or something?

This is a pretty mobile list. I think darka. reapers would quickly become isolated.

Some more warp spiders is never a bad option. Depending on the proliferation of flyers in your meta.

The other concern is as good as jain zaar and the harlis might be in cc they've got to get there first. Eldar have zero assault transports. And even with all that psychic goodness that's a lot of points that footsloghing under constant torrents of fire will eventually fail.
