I like the idea of a wagon and stormboy rush.

However, quick handful of redundancies.

Don't give the warboss eavy armour and a bike. A bike gives him a 4+ already for free. Cybork isn't really worth it either. Consider putting the painboy on a bike and attaching him to the bikermob instead of putting him in a wagon. 5+ fnp on T5 models? Only railguns will give you a hard time there.

4 Rokkits on each wagon is also a bit overkill. Drop it down to one rocket, two max. Use the extra points to buy rams. Trust me, you want rams at all times. The re-roll on danger tests is great, the S9 ram attacks is hilarious. Best part is they can't even hurt you back because you're front 16 during ram attacks.

I feel like the Grotillery is out of place here. The list is fast, and they are your only backfield elements. Enemy deep strikers or outflankers will eat them alive ASAP. I think you'd be better off dropping them and sticking to one CAD so you can drop those tax grots too. You can use the points to buy some of your mobs shootas (at least one, I think, should have shootas.)

If you can find the points, I enjoy attack squigs for the warboss. If he kills one extra space marine because of the re-rolled attack it's earned itself back, and it'll do that several times throughout the game. Even though you have the Lucky Stick, its better to use that for saves, or even to wound rolls. Plus an attack squig isnt a cursed monkeys paw and isnt gonna kill you.

The heavy armour on your melee boyz will keep them in combat for a long long time. FNP on T5 bikes with a 3+ jink is nothing to scoff at either. The non-armoured shoota boyz can do mafia drive-bys, and the stormboyz should hang out behind the wagons out of LOS until the time comes to sling over them. Bikes do what bikes do.

the aquig is worthless if he already has a lukky stikk. he he takes your suggestions and drops the squig he can take an extra biker..I think. Dont have the codex in front of me.

call it preference then. I'd rather have one more powerklaw attack (considering statistically at least one will miss) than another biker boy.

And idk, when I take the lucky stick I tend to be conservative with it. Dont want to blow myself up. Keep in mind, it "refreshes" every PLAYER turn, so thats 3 rerolls per round of combat once he gets stuck in, 4 including the squig.

I really like that list it looks like a ton of fun!

A couple points:

You're investing a lot of points into those battlewagons, can you spare the 10 points for the grot riggers and give them IWND ?

How about your pain boy? He seems like he could be better elsewhere besides a squad of 20 normal boys. How about you either a) give them ard armor or b) put him on a bike an stick him with your WB (I like b)

Also consider ditching the Mek Guns (at least 75 point each if not more) and purchasing deffkoptas or buggies or BOTH!

The mek gunz are static and will basically hit the front armor of anything, but with the deffkoptas speed and buggies outflank you'll likely get a shot at rear armor and even if you miss you sow confusion in the enemy's ranks
