i am currently building a American 10th Mountain company and was wanting your feedback on theese conversion ideas.I would run theese on the BF forums but i think they have the GW snobbish attitude like their word is the word of god.
So here is my ideas in need to build some GI mounted on horse back.I was thinking of using Mounted hungarians with a head swap.
Next one is that the Mountain infantry were also issued ruck sacks and a paratrooper style cargo pants,I was thinking of using so of my Op BF MW paras that do not a a strap around the legs also they have rucks sacks attached. here is a few piks to give you a idea.

I think it could work - would need to see a mock up. I guess a little sculpting of pouches/packs (I couldn't do that so feel a bit rude suggesting it)

All good, it was the closet model for mounted that i could find that would not involve a bunch of sculpting and conversion work.

I too would say that would work. As Reaver83 said, some simple sculpting can always be done. Anything you can do to make them resemble the real deal as close as possible will definitely help.

Now I don't know much about Battlefronts policies, but they'd have to be real tight-asses to have a problem with that. It's not like it could be confused with anything else in that context.

Anyway, if you go through with it I hope we get some pictures too!
